Full and partial dentures

A partial denture is designed to fill in the gaps left by a few missing teeth. It is either a plastic or metal plate with a number of false teeth attached.

This clips onto your natural teeth via metal clasps, which hold it securely in place in your mouth. It can easily be un-clipped and removed.

Full Dentures can be either are used to replace all your upper or lower teeth. Made after the teeth have been removed.

Made after the teeth have been removed and the gum tissue has begun to heal, a conventional denture is ready for placement in the mouth about eight to 12 weeks after the teeth have been removed.
